* This rate applies only for headings 1–22, 23.1–23.4, 23.6–23.12 and is intended for HR agencies that meet the following requirements: the services they render are free of charge; not less than 80 % of vacancies are intended for high qualified specialists and managers. The editor retains the right for the final decision on the possibility of advertising on HR rates.
** Welcome – special offer for new advertisers and new modular advertisers. New advertisers are the advertisers that have never advertised in this edition. New modular advertisers are the advertisers that have placed or are placing text ads but never have placed modular advertising in this edition. The advertiser that has got a status of a new customer has a right to publish advertising on Welcome rate for maximum 4 issues from the date of the first publication.
*** Following advertising shall not be accepted on status pages of the magazine: paid services for unemployed (without guaranteed employment); educational establishments; assistance in registration, and in acquiring permissions for the foreign labor power intake, execution of citizenship, personal medical records.

Attention! If the advertiser places a ‘discount’ label he or she shall receive a 3% discount off the basic rates. The ‘discount’ label is valid only for modular advertising in headings 25, 26.   The label is unified and is set on the module by the advertiser’s direction. The label is placed in the upper left corner of the ad, except for the modules of 1/1 format. Their labels are placed either in the upper left or upper right corners depending on their placement on the left or right pages respectively. The ad must contain the place for the label free of text and graphics.
