How to place an advertisement:
- Call by multiline phone: + 7 495 775 3005, +7 495 660 0330 (communication services are paid according to the rate of the service provider), from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., working days;
- 24 hours when working with ‘Realty & Prices’ electronic database;
- All text and photo advertisements that are submitted to Realty & Prices magazine will be automatically placed in the electronic database before the issue is published.
Requirements for placement of the advertisements:
Advertisements on sale/purchase/rent of real estate are received free of charge without limitations in the quantity from sole proprietors and from legal entities as well.
Time of publication of the advertisement in the electronic database is 1 month.
Submitted ads may be published in the database during 1 working day, further you may correct the text of the ad, prolong its publication or remove it from publication.
- The advertisement shall contain information only on one particular object.
- The prices shall be indicated in Rubles.
- If the telephone from where the request was submitted can not be indicated the advertisement will be refused from publication.
- To avoid misunderstanding all conversations with the operator are recorded.
- The editor has a right not to accept or not to publish separate advertisements without explaining the reasons.
- The advertisements of so called informational agencies that do not possess the real estate they offer are refused from publication.
Realty & Prices magazine does not accept advertisements free of charge.
