PROVISION ON ADVERTISING LAYOUT ON THE COVERS OF BUSINESS WORLD PUBLISHING HOUSE’S EDITIONS
  • Fortuna Media OOO shall have the exclusive right to fill in the cover page of all editions.
  • Any advertising spaces remaining available from Fortuna Media OOO shall be allocated by a draw the date of which is fixed by the advertising team.
  • Any advertising agencies shall be eligible to participate in the draw provided that   they   have   contractual relations with and no liability to Fortuna Media OOO. The draw shall be held in the presence of duly authorized representative of advertising agencies.
  • There shall be no limitation on the number of participation requests submitted by each advertising agency.
  • Any advertiser may only submit a participation request through a single advertising agency. No participation requests submitted through several advertising agencies shall be allowed to be entered into the draw.
  • Any advertisers registered under different corporate names but assigned to common telephone numbers or co-located at the same address or different units of a single parent company shall take part in the draw as one advertiser.
  • Any advertisements of 1/1 and 2/1 formats (allocated as follows: the 1/1 format taking up the 2nd page of the cover preceding the Contents and 3rd page preceding the 3rd cover) shall be entered into the draw.
  • The priority to advertising space allocation shall be granted to advertising agencies that have submitted requests for advertisements that are classified as non-core for this publication (except for the advertising space on the front page).
  • The draw requests shall be submitted to the editor not later than 2 days before the fixed draw date. The request submission package shall include:
    • The original payment request submitted by the advertiser to the authorized advertising agency detailing required advertising space allocation, specific editions and formats. The original guarantee letter shall be submitted on the company’s letter-head and contain the reference date and the company’s seal.
    • An original sample of the layout submitted for publication
    • The original guarantee letter submitted by the advertising agency stating the commitment to make a 100 % down payment for advertising spaces allocated as a result of the draw within the period of 5 banking days following receipt of the relevant invoice.
  • The advertiser receiving an entitlement for the advertising space on the 1st page of the cover shall be eligible to take part in the next draw for that spaces no sooner than after 8 editions have been released.
  • Clients whom advertising agencies enter into the bid for the Job and Salary’s first page of the cover fall into following three categories:
    • Advertising agencies whose clients have submitted requests for the third page of the cover in quantities not less than those submitted to the first page of the cover;
    • Advertising agencies whose clients have failed to secure some pace in the first page of the cover in the 16 (sixteen) and more consecutive editions during the previous draws;
    • Any other advertising agencies.

Category 1 advertising agencies shall be the first to take part in the draw;
Category 2 advertising agencies shall be the second to take part in the draw;
Category 3 advertising agencies shall be the third to take part in the draw.
Thus, priority at the draw shall be given to those advertising agencies whose clients wish to be published on the 3rd page or advertising agencies whose clients have been published on the 1st page of the cover for a fairly long period of time.
  •  No company awarded advertising spaces by the draw shall be substituted by another company. Should such a company declare its intention not to use the allocated space Fortuna Media OOO shall be entitled at its discretion to reallocate the relevant advertising space.
  • Advertising agencies that have been allocated their respective advertising spaces and duly paid for them shall agree their proposed layout content and artistic design with the editor.
  •  Should the advertiser awarded advertising space by the draw be substituted by a third-party advertiser, the advertising materials of such a advertiser shall not be accepted for release and the relevant advertising space shall be reallocated at Fortuna Media OOO sole option. No advertising agency found to have tried to make a substitution shall be allowed to participate in the next two draws for all editions.
